Originally from Texas, John has called North Palm Beach home for the past 24 years. Drawn by the allure of sunny Florida, he relocated here in 1996 after starting his career in deep sea robotics.

This hands-on approach has given him an invaluable understanding of local construction techniques, planning processes, zoning regulations, and building codes.
