Originally from northern Minnesota, Leslie began her professional career in education. Before entering residential real estate full-time, Leslie built a strong foundation in business and investing. Alongside teaching, she managed the bookkeeping for her family’s businesses, then expanded into real estate ownership with her husband by owning and managing apartments, investing in multifamily properties, operating a short-term rental, and partnering on renovation projects. That hands-on experience ultimately inspired her to earn her real estate license and help others build wealth and lifestyle through property.
